Your wedding day is all about you and your partner. It is a day you celebrate your love for one another with the ones you love most. How special is that? Everyone is cheering you both on and want nothing but the best for you. As an adventure wedding photographer, I want to help you have the most epic, stress free wedding ever. As a Montana based photographer with some much adventure surrounding me, I strive to plan the most epic, stress free wedding possible. Sometimes your wedding day can feel stressful, so here’s 7 ways to make time during your wedding day for just you and your partner and ensure a stress free wedding.
It might sound silly, but finding alone time with each other on the wedding day can actually be quite challenging. The wedding day is jam packed with so many events and cherished moments with everyone else around that squeezing in 15 minutes alone together is hard. That’s why I wanted to talk about the moments you can treasure with your partner throughout the wedding day alone for a wedding that’s a dream for any adventure photographer.
Giving your phone to your bridal party or family for your wedding day guarantees you will be present for the entire day. I love when the bride and groom do this, because you can tell they are taking it all in and capturing their mental pictures forever. PLUS. I offer a “media member” when you book with me. They will have your phone, or a team phone and capture your wedding day in a casual candid way to look back on, helping make it a stress free wedding. My goal as an adventure elopement photographer is to capture you all day through all the moments and create something to look back on everyday. Love Tiktok? The most relaxed brides and grooms have given everyone the wedding day itinerary with details on how each event should transition. This is so helpful to have so you both enjoy the celebration. This is so no one has to ask you questions on how something should be operated or done. Many times you aren’t able to enjoy your special day, because you are in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly. Let’s make that not happen for a stress free wedding!
In many cases, there is time between the ceremony and reception. Take that time for you and your partner to spend one on one time together. This is special, because you are officially married. Enjoying these private moments is a key part of the day for an adventure photographer trying to tell your story.
This is one of my favorite ways to guarantee one on one time. So many times, you are busy chatting and saying hi to everyone that you don’t eat at your own reception! You can make your plates and go sit somewhere privately whether that be in another room or area so you can talk about the ceremony and all of the amazing experiences you made together. This helps ensure a stress free wedding experience. People will be eating during this time, so you won’t be missing anything.
This can vary on how you decide to approach it. Many do vows in front of family and friends. That is just a special. Some like to be more private and this is a perfect way to spend a few extra moments alone, creating a stress free wedding environment. Being a Montana Photographer, you can find a private place to exchange vows. Some of my favorites are the tiny homes at a venue, in between two tall evergreens, or in the shade of big aspens.
One of the most magical moments on your wedding day could be taking sunset golden hour photos, which will help make it a stress free wedding. I love pulling my couple aside for 5 -10 minutes and capturing these moments together as the sun sets. I want your wedding gallery to really tell your story together whether that’s adventure, romance, or special candid moments, we will create magic together. Being a Montana Elopement Photographer I know how beautiful sunsets are here.
This one is so sweet and endearing. This seems to be a more recent discovery, and I am here for it! This perfect way to end a night is having one last dance together before you set off on your honeymoon. This is so intimate between you and your partner, ensuring your day ends on a stress free note for both you and your Montana adventure photographer.
